1. Frontend with a roulette wheel that has no 0 or bets correlating to 0. 2. User can choose their bet on the frontend, then send to the smart contract. 3. Smart contract must use adequate, provably fair RNG to determine whether the user wins or loses the bet. 4. The $NO0 token must be used for betting and for the pot backing up funds. 5. A user must be able to stake their $NO0 token to the house pot and they then receive a portion of trading fees. 6. All payouts must be equivalent to a normal roulette game. 7. The maximum bet must be determined by how many tokens are held by the pot. For example, the maximum bet may need to be 1/1000th of the total pot holdings. 8. Trading fees go back into the pot, and users who have staked $NO0 own a percentage of those fees.

This could turn into a full no-house-edge casino. Payouts for games can all be adjusted so they are at or nearly at 100% RTP.

Token is used both for bets and to stake in the pot to allow bets. If staked, users should share in the trading fees generated by trading of the token.
